Government of Mauritius has approved the setting up of the Medical College in Mauritius and pursuant to the above, Tertiary Education Commission has approved the intake of students for March 2012 batch.
The MBBS program shall be awarded by University of Technology, Mauritius. The admissions are open for the March 2012 batch.

The setting up of AMCRC has been approved by The Tertiary Education Commission, Mauritius for running the medical programs.
The Registration and Accreditation process for the UG Medical Program has been completed by Tertiary Education Commission and the academic year is to commence in March 2012. AMCRC is affiliated with University of Technology, Mauritius, which is a University under the ambit of Government of Mauritius. The affiliation has been granted for running the various UG and PG programs in the field of Medicine. The Ministry of Health & Quality of Life, Government of Mauritius has approved the clinical attachment of Flacq Hospital with AMCRC. Flacq Hospital is among the 5 National Hospitals of Government of Mauritius providing service to the community.
All applications are to be submitted/ registered on or before 28 the Feb, 2012. For the admission to MBBS course in Anna Medical College & Research Centre and same has been submitted through mail/directly to the Dean, Anna Medical College & Research Center.
